Executive Training Institute and Law Enforcement Expo

Join MCPA members, public safety leaders and vendors for the region's largest law enforcement conference and expo this April 14 - 17 at River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud.

MCPA has announced the first group of speakers scheduled to present at the 2019 Executive Training Institute and Law Enforcement Expo.  National law enforcement expert Gordon Graham will kick off the conference Monday, Apirl 15th at the River's Edge Conference Center in St. Cloud.  Graham is a co-founder of Lexipol. His education as a risk manager and experience as a practicing attorney, coupled with his extensive background in law enforcement, have allowed him to rapidly become recognized as a leading professional speaker in both private and public sector organizations with multiple areas of expertise.  Graham will speak on law enforcement officer recruitment and retention strategies.

Former police commissioner William Bratton will close the conference on Wednesday, April 17th.  He has led some of the country's largest police departments including New York City, Los Angeles and Boston.  From race riots to homeland security, Bratton has also seen the best and worst days in law enforcement and continues to serve his profession.

Dr. Chris Winter, a neurologist and sleep expert, will also present at ETI.  Winter is the author of The Sleep Solution and spent over half of his life involved in the study of sleep and the treatment of sleep disorders.  He is especially well regarded for his work with professions that involve shift work, including law enforcement.
